Anina Giannini is a co-founder of the Next ChaptHER Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit creating community, connection and access to capital for women navigating personal and professional transitions.
Next ChaptHER began with a conversation among four friends: Anina Belle Giannini, Lindsay Gill, Hilary Phelps and Alicia McKenzie.
Together, they recognized how many women enter significant periods of change without the community, practical support or financial resources they need.
Next ChaptHER was created to make those transitions less isolating. Through meaningful events, mentorship and unrestricted grants, the foundation helps women move into their next chapters with greater clarity, confidence and support.
Professional transformation is rarely only professional.
Anina’s own journey has included building a career across four countries, stepping away from an established corporate path, becoming an entrepreneur and creating new platforms rooted in her personal experience. She co-founded Next ChaptHER to help other women find the community, encouragement and access to capital that can make a new chapter possible.
