Case Study · Silver and Sons · Food & Hospitality
A beloved pitmaster, turned into a brand built for expansion.

Silver and Sons had everything a barbecue restaurant could want: exceptional food and a chef, Jarrad Silver, with a real following. That was also the vulnerability: a social presence tied to one person's charisma and availability cannot scale into a second location, let alone a third.
This engagement was led by Anina Giannini before the launch of Anina Giannini Group.

Positioning
The restaurant becomes the story
We restructured the identity so Silver and Sons itself, not the individual behind it, became the focal point. The founder's voice stayed present, but the brand learned to speak for itself: the prerequisite for any expansion.
Storytelling
Content that scales past one person
A scalable content strategy replaced the founder-dependent feed, and an influencer program put the food in front of trusted local creators across the DMV: earned credibility, at a rhythm one person could never sustain alone.
The Result
Recognition first, expansion second
Instagram grew from 2,000 to 5,500 followers, Reels now generate more than 100,000 views a month, and the brand repositioned from chef-driven page to recognized DMV barbecue name. Two new locations have opened since the engagement began.
